Vanished without a trace in 1983.

Every night for 4 months, Robert Rois walked Seattle and SeaTac's streets searching for the pretty and inquisitive girl.

Rois was often joined by his uncle, Carrie's grandfather. "She was his only granddaughter. He was very sad."

In March 1985, her remains were found in the Star Lake neighborhood in South King County, only a short distance from where the remains of numerous victims had been found the previous years.

"I'll wait and find out what his motive was," Said Rois.
