Oakville (pop 680)
Oakville is a small farming village in the southeast corner of the county. It
is just 12
miles to I-5 and is very convenient to Centraila and Portland. Oakville is the
home of
the Chehalis Indian Nation.
Oakville looks much like a turn-of-the century rural community with its Victorian
homes and numerous antique and craft stores lining the city's main street. Nearby
farmlands and hills make for beautiful scenery.
